Capello Salon and Spa offers hair alternative services at both our Main Street and East Amherst locations. In East Amherst, we also have private rooms available, in order to ensure privacy if desired. All of our pricing is based upon consultation.

Great Lengths Hair Extensions

We offer Great Lengths hair extension services at both our Main Street and East Amherst locations. Great Lengths provides unmatched hair quality as well as virtually invisible bonds, making your extensions comfortable and reliable to wear. All extensions are 100% human hair and donated voluntarily.

Non-surgical Hair Alternatives

We also provide non-surgical hair alternative solutions for male/female pattern baldness, alopecia, chemotherapy patients, and other medical conditions that can cause hair loss concerns. Using human or synthetic hair, Capello can help you add hair that is both comfortable and natural looking.

All hair alternative services require an initial consultation in order to discuss your desired hair type, length, and color. After consultation, your extensions or hair piece is custom ordered to meet your individual needs. Please feel free to bring photos to your consultation to help illustrate the look you desire.

Our Covid-19 Reopening Procedures

The health and safety of our employees and clients is our top priority at Capello. We would like to thank you for your continued support and patience as we navigate our reopening. In order to protect our staff and other guests, we are asking that you comply with the following protocols:

Masks are required before entering the salon, and for the duration of your time with us
We ask that you call us when you arrive, but remain in your vehicle; we will contact you when your operator is ready
All services are by appointment only; no walk ins
One client per appointment will be permitted unless medically necessary (or the child is receiving the service)
We will decline services for any client exhibiting signs of illness
No outside food or beverages will be permitted

In order to keep you, our guest, as safe as possible we are following all NYS mandatory guidelines including (but not limited to):

Employees must complete a mandatory health check before the start of each shift
Employees will be wearing a mask, as well as either a shield or safety goggles for the duration of your service
Mandatory COVID-19 tests are required every 14 days for operators who perform services
Stations, tools, chairs, etc are cleaned and sanitized after each client
There will be no clients permitted in waiting areas
Plexiglass has been installed at the desk and nail stations
Magazines, product testers, self serve beverages, etc have been removed
