Deposits: All bookings for parties of four or more must be reserved and guaranteed with a deposit of $20 per person, per service. The deposit will be placed on a gift card that can be refunded or applied toward the services provided on the day of the wedding. We require a one week (7 day) notice of cancellation in order to fully refund the deposit. Any cancellations inside of the 7 day time frame will not receive a refund of the deposit.
Securing A Date: Your date will be secured when your wedding contract and deposit are received. All bookings for weddings are made on a “first come, first served” basis. No dates will be guaranteed without a deposit and completed contract.
Payment: Balance of payment for wedding day services will be collected on the day of services. Any additional services requested on the day of the wedding that is not written on the contract may not always be accommodated depending on that day’s schedule. Any additional services must be paid on the day of the event.
Late Arrivals: If a wedding party is late for the scheduled service appointment time, it should be understood that the stylists may or may not be able to accommodate the new arrival time. If the original contract can’t be fulfilled, services may be reduced. If the wedding party is more than an hour late without contacting us, the assumption is that the client is a no-show. In this case the client forfeits all deposits and payments.
To help us serve you better and ensure your wedding day runs smoothly, we ask that you and your wedding party follow these simple guidelines:
- Please arrive with clean, dry hair (preferably washed the night before) to help the hold of your hairstyle.
- Make sure your face is cleansed and moisturized prior to arrival to ensure your makeup holds all day long.
- It is recommended that you wear a button-down shirt to the salon to avoid the risk of damaging your hairstyle on your wedding day.
- On the day of your wedding, please feel free to bring in any snacks or drinks you would like to provide for your bridal party. We will provide a table to set up your selection.
