Our Covid-19 Reopening Procedures
The health and safety of our employees and clients is our top priority at Capello. We would like to thank you for your continued support and patience as we navigate our reopening. In order to protect our staff and other guests, we are asking that you comply with the following protocols:
- Masks are required before entering the salon, and for the duration of your time with us
- We ask that you call us when you arrive, but remain in your vehicle; we will contact you when your operator is ready
- All services are by appointment only; no walk ins
- One client per appointment will be permitted unless medically necessary (or the child is receiving the service)
- We will decline services for any client exhibiting signs of illness
- No outside food or beverages will be permitted
In order to keep you, our guest, as safe as possible we are following all NYS mandatory guidelines including (but not limited to):
- Employees must complete a mandatory health check before the start of each shift
- Employees will be wearing a mask, as well as either a shield or safety goggles for the duration of your service
- Mandatory COVID-19 tests are required every 14 days for operators who perform services
- Stations, tools, chairs, etc are cleaned and sanitized after each client
- There will be no clients permitted in waiting areas
- Plexiglass has been installed at the desk and nail stations
- Magazines, product testers, self serve beverages, etc have been removed
